When you compete in one of our signature races, you are running 4 individual trials/races. 4 starts, 4 finishes and 1 final score. You will be competing in a 400meter, 800meter, 1500meter and a 3000meter race.

The total miles covered is 5700 meters or 3.54 miles. Slightly longer then the last 5k you ran. Each race is scored using a patent pending scoring system similar to the way a modern-day decathlon is scored. Instead of competing on just time, you are competing against a point system.

This is a timed basketball shooting contest. Each player will be allowed to attempt as many shots as they can in a specific amount of time. All made shots will be counted as long as the shooter was in the shooting mat (circle) at the time the shot was attempted.

This is a Turn-Key basketball shooting tournament. All ages welcomed! We have taken the guess work out of running a charity event. This turn-key contest has all the elements needed to run a successful tournament. You pay us a small fee to use the system and all the monies raised are yours to keep. The Start: The player begins at the free throw line on the shooters mat (within the circle). Then, the player can shoot from any of the shooting mats. One foot must be on the mat (circle) when the shot was attempted to be awarded the points. The player can land with both feet outside the circle after the shot has been attempted (the player will NOT be awarded any points if they start from outside one of the circles). Points are only awarded if the player starts with at least 1 foot in the circle.
